REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

FOOD and BEVERAGE SERVER PURPOSE: Food and beverage service is the service of food made in the kitchen and drinks prepared in the bar to customers (guest) at various premises such as the Main lounge, Bar, Room Service/In Room Dining and Meeting and Conference Room. The primary focus of food and beverage services are responsible for maintaining high quality of food and service, food costing, managing restaurant/cafe and bar.

MAIN JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer service
• Take orders
• Serve food and beverages
• Clean and prepare tables
• Process payments

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to serve customers cheerfully, courteously and efficiently
• Being able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Having capacity to lift heavy items on occasion
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations
• Good verbal communication skills and sensitivity to customer needs
• Ability to take criticism and to work calmly under pressure
• Good organizational and multi-task skills

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A secondary school diploma is preferred, Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instructions, Professional attitude is required, Ability to work independently

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh, Cambodia (close to Phnom Penh International Airport)

SALARY: Negotiable, from $150+/month depending on experience
